1. We only accept image file formats in .jpg, .jpeg, and .png.
2. Photos older than 30 days may be permanently wiped out, therefore customers are advised to purchase their photos within 30 days.
3. Photographers must only upload photos they have personally taken and have full rights to distribute and sell.
4. Customers are responsible for verifying photo content before purchasing. Refunds are not issued once downloads are completed.
5. Payments to photographers are processed daily. Please ensure the Mpesa number provided during registration is accurate—this cannot be changed later and will be used for all payouts.
6. A 10% commission is deducted from each sale to support ShotSafi’s operations and platform maintenance.
7. All user data is protected under our privacy policy. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
8. Improper use of the platform, such as uploading inappropriate content or engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in permanent termination of the account.
